新店區（1952年2月—1955年5月，1960年3月—1961年6月，1961年12月—1969年11月）是中華人民共和國福建省福州市歷史上的一個市轄區。
第一次設立
1952年2月，設立新店區；同年12月，新店區隸屬新成立的福州市人民政府郊區行政辦事處（以下簡稱「市郊辦處」）。1955年5月，撤銷新店區建制，其所轄鄉鎮由市郊辦處直接領導。
第二次設立
1960年3月，撤銷市郊辦處，同時設立福州市直轄的新店區，下轄新店、戰坂、溪里、湖前、溫泉、北郊6個人民公社。1961年6月，新店區改制為新店行政辦事處。
第三次設立
1961年12月，撤銷新店行政辦事處，恢復設立新店區。1962年1月，恢復市郊辦處，新店區歸其領導。1969年11月，新店區改稱新店人民公社[1][2]。
